Why Partner With Us

Built for care teams, not around them.

What we provide

Free organizational care kits — storage totes, bedside organizers, and comfort items — delivered directly to your unit, ready to hand to a family during admission or transition to long-term care.

What it costs your hospital

Nothing. Kits are funded entirely through donations. We work with your infection control team to ensure every item meets facility requirements.

How families receive kits

Your social workers or care coordinators identify families who could benefit, and we handle assembly and delivery — including through local community volunteers in areas outside our home base near Cleveland.
